Specialties include fried anchovies with mint and garlic, spaghetti with clams and additional pasta dishes and meats used for tantalizing mixed grills – all sourced fresh from the sea or local pastures.
Day 1 – Luxury Car Service for All Transportation
This tour begins and ends with our limousine service partners utilizing air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with English speaking drivers for your comfort and convenience. From your pick-up at the Naples Airport or train station to each of the culinary events this will make your transportation needs completely worry-free while in Positano. Transportation will be arranged based on your departure time.

Day 3 – Hands-On Italian Cooking Class in Ravello
Your trip would not be complete without a visit to Mamma Agata’s state-of-the-art kitchen studio. Ravello is located high above the ocean, with views that stretch t Capri and beyond. This interactive cooking demonstration will teach you home style techniques you can use to recreate dinners with a rustic Italian flavor. Mamma Agata’s cooking with regional ingredients comes across in everything she prepares. Her Italian garden is where you will learn about growing organic vegetable and herbs. After the class, enjoy a wonderful, relaxing meal with local wines from the Amalfi region.
Mamma’s Personally Autographed Cookbook
Mamma will invite you to stroll along side as she unveils the culinary secrets and recipes that have pleased the palates of some of the world’s noted celebrities (Humphrey Bogart, Jacqueline Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor, etc.). Now you will be able to create dishes filled with the same pleasing aroma and intense flavor that graces her kitchen. You can anticipate creating Pasta e Fagioli, Torta al Limone for your own family and guests.
Day 4 – In The Kitchen With Chef Salvator
Learn how to create traditional Italian fare at the II Ritrovo Italian Cooking School with the talented and entertaining Chef Salvatore Barba. The school is located in Montepertuso high above the village of Positano, with extensive views of the Mediterranean. Salvatore will teach you the secrets of how to create a fabulous meal using fresh and natural ingredients. A typical meal will consist of three to five courses, and at the end of the class all dishes you helped prepared will be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the stunning sea.

Day 6 – Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Rosida and Chef Erika
With a passion for the art of cuisine and the love for people who love food, is Ristorante Donna Rosa. The whole family, Mamma Raffaella, Papa Vincenzo and their daughters Erika and Rosida will welcome you to their romantic and refined kitchen for hands-on cooking of the finest Italian cuisine. You will make an assortment of hand-made pasta dishes, sauces, sides and dessert, and each step of the way you will be guided so you can recreate these dishes back home.
