Don’t be afraid to travel to Mexico despite the worrisome headlines about U.S.-Mexican relations.  The people of Mexico have no issues with Americans, and are in solidarity with Americans.  Tourism is what they depend on for their livelihoods.  Currently nothing has changed, they are still warm and friendly.

Did you know most travelers book their travel six to nine months in advance?  One of the main reasons is to take advantage of lower prices in the low season where a deposit can be made, and the remainder paid closer to the travel date.  I know it is hard a lot of times to plan in advance, but most offer “cancel for any reason insurance” that helps protect your trip in case the unforeseen happens.
