ITINERARY

Day 1 | Transfers included from the airport to The Ritz Carlton in Cancun and relax in magnificent luxury beachfront accommodations for six nights in a Club Level oceanview room.  Begin the first evening with a one-of-a-kind tequila tasting from a certified Tequiliere at The Club Grill, which will be followed by a lavish gourmet presentation featuring a hallmark pear salad, truffled corn soup, roasted Canadian duck with chipotle, and a coconut soufflé.

Day 2 | Spend your day enjoying limitless sunshine along the white sand beach, and pay a visit to Luxury Avenue for shopping or stroll the open-air markets.  Tonight, you will sail under the stars in the Nichupte Lagoon aboard the Spanish Galleon Columbus, and enjoy a surf  “n” turf or a lobster dinner, partnered by fine wine, and sway to live saxophone music among the twinkling lights of the bay.

Day 3 | Today, get ready for adventure, starting with a full-day with this Cozumel Snorkel Adventure.  This is a luxury paradise for divers, with waters that exceed 200 feet of clear visibility where you will find colorful coral reefs, sea life and ocean walls.  You will also have time to explore the island, shop and enjoy lunch while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.  This evening take delight in the culinary masterpieces of Alux Caverna Restaurant and Lounge.  Step inside a mystical 10,000 year-old cavern for an exotic dining experience.  Delight in the stunning visual masterpieces as you immerse yourself in ancient Mexican and international cuisine.

Day 4 | Today relax poolside or on the pristine white-sand beach, or you may wish to keep busy with water activities, savor a spa treatment with ancient Mayan therapies or explore downtown Cancun. Then get ready to enjoy  a treat — a fun, interactive cooking class at the resort’s Viking Culinary Center. This is your opportunity to discover magical ingredients and masterful techniques from the entertaining chefs, preparing creative dishes and learning wine pairings.

Day 5 | Today, explore the best of Riviera Maya, with a Private Tulum and Xel-Ha Experience.  Your private guide with show you this Mayan seaport overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with the temple of the frescoes, the temple of the descending god and “el Castillo”.  Then you will be introduced to the alluring beauty of Xel-Ha – with its Eden of ancient Mayan deities, incomparable snorkeling, ecological attractions and more than 100 species of birds.  Discover the jungle trails of this paradise by foot, bicycle or mini train.  Admire different species of flora and fauna in their natural habitat, and indulge your taste buds with traditional Mexican dishes in any of the four restaurants.

Day 6 | Start your final day in Cancun with a relaxing spa treatment or in the endless tourquiose waters. You will then celebrate your final night at Fantino.  Don your resort elegance for an exquisite epicurean journey at this AAA Five Diamond award-winning restaurant.  Savor dishes of porcini crusted filet mignon, short ribs with squash gnocchi and violet mustard or Maine lobster lasagna.
